¹ A rental rate of $49 per day will apply for standard rental vehicles. The rental rate of $99 per day will apply for vehicles priced at more than $25,000.00. The daily rental rate applies only to time and mileage charges. Hertz age driver, and credit qualifications for the renting location apply. Taxes, tax reimbursement, age differential charges, fees and optional service charges such as refueling are additional, and are not included in the daily rental rate. If you purchase the vehicle, you will not have to pay any rental charges, except for any optional service charges you accepted. If there is a delay in making payment for the vehicle, you could be asked to return it until payment is made.

³ All stated mileage is an approximation because the cars are actively being rented. Mileage is updated daily.

⁵ In order to participate in the Rent2Buy program, customer must reside in one of the states where the program is available or take delivery of the vehicle and complete the purchase in a state where the program is available.

⁶ Rent2Buy will cover the rental charges and fees if the vehicle is returned within the promotional two hour limit. If you exceed this limit and decide not to purchase the car, you will be charged the regular Rent2Buy rental rate. Standard rental terms apply. Offer Valid through March 31st, 2010.

⁷ Limited Warranty for 60 days or 2,000 miles,whichever occurs first, or such greater amount as may be required by law, is provided to retail customers only.

⁸ Some of the Hertz rental vehicles have a Neverlost® Navigation System. These navigation units are not included in the sale of the vehicles. If your test rental has such a unit in it, it will be necessary to have the unit removed at your nearest Hertz location if you purchase the vehicle.

⁹ In some states, you may be required to close the sale at Hertz's licensed location.
